PCB 2020 Event Launch Announcement

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - LAS VEGAS NV June 25, 2019.  The Project Cargo & Breakbulk Conference & Exhibition 2020 (PCB 2020) will be held April 1-2, 2020 at the GRB Convention Center, Houston TX.  The new conference and exhibition will serve the informational, educational and business development needs of specialized logisticians with a focus on domestic and global heavy lift, project cargo and breakbulk cargo topics. PCB has been developed out of a need for an event that operates in close partnership with the specialized logistics community and that is designed in a format that meets the unique needs of the industry that it serves.
 
PCB 2020 will include content around several major themes that are of importance to specialized logisticians including a two-day Future Projects Conference, a one-day PCB Conference (April 2) themed Preparing for Change to be held alongside a one-day collocated conference promoting the US Gulf’s Role in Global Logistics (April 1).  Managing Innovation & Technology Sessions will also help attendees learn about new technologies in an interactive format.  
 
Future Projects is a feature that brings together project owners for two days of press conferences and project announcements. Future Projects will cover leading domestic and global projects over the two event days.  The content offered in the one day conferences (US Gulf Day 1 and PCB Day 2) will help project owners, EPCs, forwarders and transportation providers build resiliency as well as benchmark progress during a time of market change.  Forming a key part of the PCB visitor experience and presented by some of the most forward-thinking technologists, technology suppliers and universities, the Innovation & Technology Sessions are an interactive area open to all visitors on both event days. 
 
In order to maximize the networking potential at PCB, the event plan creates an environment unlike other conferences or exhibitions. Part networking lounge, part office, part exhibition with the added value of multiple collocated conferences, PCB's event plan is unique and built to increase potential connections and business productivity while onsite. The event has been carefully designed to guide attendees through networking & social activity alongside must-attend sessions and business meetings.
